    Plaquenil and Brain Fog / Memory Issues / Anti RNP. Nov 16, 2012 2 Doctor is pushing Plaquenil of course and downplaying any side effects no surprise. I do have risk factors for macular degeneration, etc. The two things I am most concerned about are cognitive/memory issues and increased potential for clotting.
