    In my 6 years of ob/gyn practice, I have never heard of plaquenil being used to prevent pregnancy loss. It is an anti-malaria drug that is safe in pregnancy and is often used for RA, Sjogren's, Lupus, etc. It can decrease inflammation-- perhaps that's why your REI chose it?
